Biography:
I am a first-year MA/PhD student in Hispanic Linguistics and Language Science. I got my Bachelor in Education Science, with a major in Spanish and a minor in English at the Universidad del Atlántico in Colombia. I also got a master degree in Spanish Linguistics at Instituto Caro y Cuervo in Bogotá, Colombia. I have directed my research regarding the diphthongized voseo in the Guajira and Cesar region of the Colombian Caribbean, describing the morphosyntactic features of voseo, the distribution of the voseo isogloss and its sociolinguistic behavior.
