Isabel Deibel

Isabel was a PhD student in Hispanic Linguistics and Language Science. Before coming to Penn State, she completed her Master’s degree in English, Spanish and German Linguistics and Literature with special emphasis on teaching at the University of Heidelberg in 2015. While her research interests revolve around anything related to language contact, she dedicates most of her time to the study of code-switching and pidgin and creole languages.
