Biography:
My name is Emily Herman. I graduated from Penn State in Spring 2021 with degrees in Spanish (B.A.) and French and Francophone Studies (B.A.). Before grad school, I worked as a bilingual PreK teacher at Building Bridges and worked on Spanish phonetics research in the MultiGrammar Lab. I am currently in the Hispanic Linguistics PhD program; my research interests include phonology, child language acquisition, and multilingual education.
