I am a graduate student in Cognitive Psychology and Language Science at Penn State, originally from Zhejiang, China. My research interests lie broadly in psycholinguistics, with a particular focus on cognitive semantics, mental simulation (e.g., motor and emotional simulation), bilingual language processing, and individual differences in mental imagery. I am interested in investigating these topics using behavioural and neurocognitive methods. Before joining Penn State, I received my B.A. in Chinese Language and Literature from Central South University (2023) and my M.A. in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language from Peking University (2026). I also completed an exchange program in Cognitive Science at the University of Helsinki (2025).
