María Luisa Fandos Gomez-Marco
Biography:
I am a first year M.A./PhD student in Spanish Linguistics in the Department of Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese. I am originally from Valencia, Spain. I earned my B.A. in Translation and Intercultural Communication from the Universidad Europea de Valencia, and my M.A. in Linguistics from Florida Atlantic University. After studying abroad in Switzerland and the United States, and meeting people from all over the world I became fascinated by how bilinguals use all of their languages. My current research interests are psycholinguistics, neurolinguistics, and bilingualism, especially bilingual syntactic ambiguity resolution and bilingual lexical access.
